Pompey in the Community (PitC) is calling on supporters to help them secure a festive funding boost this December as part of the Benefact Group’s ‘12 Days of Giving’ initiative — which will see £120,000 donated to good causes across the UK.

The campaign marks the final phase of the Movement for Good Awards, with 120 charities each receiving £1,000 over the 12 days of giving. Ten charities will be drawn every weekday between December 1st and December 16th, spreading festive cheer — and vital funding — right up to Christmas.

If Pompey in the Community receives one of the £1,000 awards, the funds will go directly towards supporting its wide range of local projects, which use the power of sport, education, and community engagement to improve lives across Portsmouth and the surrounding area.

Anyone can nominate PitC for the draw — and every nomination increases their chances of being selected. It’s quick, easy, and completely free to do.
