Walk The Island Chooses Us as Their Charity of the Year! 🎉
We are thrilled to announce that Walk The Island has selected us as their chosen charity this year! A group of 100+ Pompey Fans will be walking round Portsea Island on Saturday 8th June, starting at 10am from South Parade Pier. This exciting partnership is not only a fantastic opportunity to raise much-needed funds for our John Jenkins Stadium Community Hub, but it also aligns beautifully with a significant historical event.
Commemorating 80 Years Since D-Day
Walk The Island’s event will take place during a week when people around the world will be commemorating the 80th anniversary of D-Day. This is a particularly meaningful connection for us, as we honour the legacy of John Jenkins, a lifelong Portsmouth Football Club fan and a true D-Day hero. John’s dedication and bravery continue to inspire us, and we are proud to have our community hub named in his honour. 💙
