ROLE CONTEXT

This role is employed by Pompey in the Community and forms part of a wider place-based partnership funded through Sport England and delivered in collaboration with Energise Me. The postholder will play a key role in connecting local communities, partners and organisations across Portsmouth to help reduce inequalities and increase opportunities for people to be physically active. Working within the Portsmouth Place Partnership, the role will support community-led change by building strong relationships, coordinating local delivery, and ensuring the voices and lived experiences of residents are at the heart of decision-making and programme development.
